Welcome back and Happy New Year to all our members. I hope you enjoyed time with family and loved ones over the holidays!

On behalf of all members, I would like to thank the 2011 board for its outstanding contributions last year. You may not realize, but the 2011 board worked tirelessly to ensure meetings and events were well organized and executed.

So what is in store for 2012? The new board is energized and committed to the goal of increasing the value of ISSA membership, while making our chapter more inviting and meaningful. We plan on offering programs for professional growth and hosting more events that should be educational and entertaining. We are soliciting your ideas now and appreciate your feedback on programs of interest and value.

Lastly, please plan on attending our next chapter meeting on January 19th where Charles Ross, VP of North America Technical Operations at McAfee will present "How Security Must Evolve in the Next Four Years.” If you thought 2011 was interesting, wait to you see what is coming!

We welcome new members and encourage you to invite anyone you feel might benefit from great speakers, meaningful discussions over a good meal, professional networking opportunities, and CPE credits.

If you are not yet a member of ISSA, let me encourage to register and attend our next meeting as a guest. We'd love to have you join us!
